How to get help ?
On VeryGames site
Nous need to be logged in order to see correctly this page. VeryGames support panel has been created specifically for our customers. You find here all need tools in order to solve your problems : tickets history, rentals ...
This panel must be used in priority for all your technical problems.
Support tickets opening hours (5/7 days) :
- Opened monday to friday from 11h to 19h
- Closed on saturday, sunday and bank holidays
How to create support ticket ?

You can contact an admin on IRC channel:
- #verygames (via Javascript Applet or using your irc client standard IRC).
WARNING :
- if you ask for help on our chanel, remember to ask your question directly!
If the chat support is closed, please use ticket support
- if you have already created a ticket, you will not have access to our IRC channel.
