What are the servers prices ?

What are the available payment methods ?

Here are the available payment methods :

  • Paypal (With Paypal or by dedit card)
  • Credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard are accepted).
  • Wire transfert
  • Check(Only France)
  • Allopass (All country, by SMS, Hipay, Internet +, Cartes Neosurf, CB, Wap mobile)
  • paysafecard


Average delay for the server installation after we receive the payment :

  • Paypal : the server will be provided 5 minutes after the payment.
  • Credit card : the server will be installed within 5 minutes after we receive the payment confirmation.
  • National Wire transfert : the server is installed on receipt of payment, about 3 business days.
  • International Wire transfert : the server is installed on receipt of payment, about 5 to 10 business days
  • Check : the server is installed on receipt of payment, about 2 buisness days after sending the check.
  • Allopass : the tokens will be provided few minutes after the payment.
  • paysafecard : the tokens will be provided few minutes after the payment.


Debit card

Why choose to pay by dedit card ?

  • Your server will not expire (no risk to loose datas...).
  • You do not have to remember to a payment each time.
  • There are no additional charges.
  • You can cancel your subscription anytime without any fees, from your VeryGames customer panel.

WARNING : once your subscription is cancelled, your server will expire at your rental due date.


How to pay by dedit card ?

STEP 1 :

  • Choose "Credit card" like payment method.
  • Click on "Pay now" button


STEP 2 :
Then, for safety reasons,a password below will be asked each time you want to use your Bank Card on the VeryGames website.

  • Click on "Save password" button


STEP 3 :
Your password is confirmed.

You will find :

  • The summary of your order.
  • Click on "Pay and confirm my debit card"




STEP 4 :
You will be redirected to the payment website, our bank (Banque Populaire).
This site is secure.

  • Put your personal information and your banking information

NOTE : all false, suspicious or missing informations may result in a payment verification by our staff

To finalize your payment :

  • Click on VALIDATE


STEP 5 :

  • Your server will be installed in 5 minutes, upon confirmation of your payment by the bank.

NOTE : for renewals, the payment delay by bank card is 48 hours maximum.. 

Payment must be validated by the bank prior to installing the server.


How to enable the direct debit ?

You can active the renewal of your lease at any time without charge.

  • Just have to go to "My Account"
  • On your left, click on "Manage my debit card"
  • Then, click on "Enable the direct debit"

A confirmation will be required.


How to cancel the direct debit ?

You can stop the renewal of your lease at any time without charge.

  • Just have to go to "My Account"
  • On your left, click on "Manage my debit card"
  • Then, click on "Cancel the direct debit"

Your server will expire at your rental due date.


Paypal

What is PayPal ?

PayPal (http://www.paypal.com) is our online payment partner.


Why Paypal ?

  • Your server will not expire (no risk to loose datas...).
  • You do not have to remember to a payment each time.
  • There are no additional charges.
  • You can cancel your subscription anytime without any fees, from your VeryGames customer panel or from Paypal.

Tokens

What is a "token" ?

  • Tokens are a VeryGames virtual currency.

1 token is equal to 1 euro

You can buy tokens using several payments options : Paypal, credit card, check(only for France), bank transfert, Allopass and paysafecard.

You can then use your tokens to rent a VeryGames service(Game servers, voice servers, webhosting ...).

You can also transfer tokens between VeryGames accounts, free of charge.

Bonus Points

What are bonus points ?

500 bonus points = 1 token

When you have enough bonus points, you can use it to paid. To do this, when you ordered, choose bonus points like payment method.

If you do not have enough bonus points, you will be warned that you can not pay by bonus point for the moment.


How to get bonus points ?

To have bonus points, each day, on your DediGames, Server pack or Server Only offers, the hostname must contain one of the following words :

  • VeryGames.net
  • VeryGames.co.uk
  • VeryGames.de
  • DediGames PRO
  • DediGames PRO XtreM
  • DediGames
  • DediGames XtreM

For exemple : if you buy a private server Only, 12 slots for 1 month = 13.99€, you receive 13.99 bonus point per day

NOTE : for DediGames and DediGames XtreM, all servers of this service must contain the hostname, for have bonus point.
