Add sounds on CSS server

Tutorial to add sounds on css server, using Mani Admin Plugin.

Configuration :

.1st step : Let's start by renaming sounds for compatibility issue : (example: 01-madcon_beggin = beggin')

.2nd step :Upload sound into /cstrike/sounds/admin_plugin/ on FTP

.3rd step : Go to VeryGames panel, go to "My Server" then click "Generate soundlist.txt"

.4th step : Restart server
