Password
Forgot/lost password
Click on "Forgot your password?" in the VeryGames's banner.
Change password
On VeryGames website :
- Click "My account"
- Puis sur "My account options"
In the bottom frame :
- Simply put your current password
- Then the new password you want
- To confirm
- Finally click on "Change password" button
Change my email account
Go to "My account", then "My account options".
In "Change my informations", put you new email address.
A confirmation email is sent to your current email.
Before the new mail is taken into account, you must validate by clicking on the validation link.
Then your email is modified.
I can't access my mailbox anymore
You can't modify your email yourself.
You must send a ticket on support, to make a request for manual change.
Then VeryGames support will ask you to justify your identity.
Then, you must provide :
- a scan of your identity card
- the new email you want to set
Send to communication@verygames.net
When the document will be received, the VeryGames support will modify the email address in your account.
