How to renew ?
Manual renew
You can anytime renew manually your server to increase the rental period.
To do this, just :
- go on "My account"
- on your panel, click on the button
In the green frame, you can see :
- The summary of your current offer
- The end date
- The number of days remaining until expiration
In the blue frame, you can :
- Select your renewal term.
- See the end date que vous aurez selon la durée choisie
Once the renewal period selected, just click on "Confirm" button.
This renewal is added to your cart.
You can see in your cart :
- The summary of your order.
- The "Rental duration"
- The price
-
The trash, if you do not want this renewal.
If you have a discount code, remember to insert and click "Refresh price".
- After the check box : " I have read and accept the term of sale".
- Click on "PAY NOW".
Or on "Empty your cart", if you do not want this renewal.
Now choose your payment method.

You can select automatic renewal of your server, directly by collecting tokens in your account VeryGames.
Just :
- Go in "My account"
- On your panel, click on
In the orange frame, you can see :
- The summary of your current offer
- The end date
- The number of tokens available
In the blue frame, you can :
- See if your status is enabled or disabled
- Choose the recurrence of your automatic renewal.
- Just click on "Activate" button (or "Disable" button, if you don't want more auto-tokens).
WARNING : your server will not be renewed if the necessary of tokens is not present on your VeryGames account
Automatic renewal by debit card
How it works ?
When you order a service on VeryGames and pay with dedit card, a subscription is created to renew automatically your server.
Benefits :
- Your server will not expire (no risk to loose datas...).
- You do not have to remember to a payment each time.
- There are no additional charges.
- You can cancel your subscription anytime without any fees, from your VeryGames customer panel or from Paypal
WARNING : Once your subscription is cancelled, your server will expire at your rental due date.
Where can I manage my credit card ?
- Go in "My account"
- On your left, you can see "Manage my debit card"
You can see :
- Offer's name
- Expiration date
- Next debit
- Operations
- Statut
