How to make an offer change when we have an active Paypal subscription?

We'll take a server pack panel for exemple, but the procedure is the same for all the offers.


Step 1 :

  • Go to your game or vocal server panel

  • Click on your panel's button image: Panel_SP_change_offre_button.JPG


Step 2 :

A text is displayed below the explanatory frame of change offer :

You have an open subscription.
Therefore, the change offer is currently unavailable.
To be able to change offer, you must first cancel your current subscription.

Step 3 :

You are now redirected to the Paypal Website.
You have to log in you Papypal account with you email and password.

Step 4 :

Once you're logged in you're redirected the subscription cancelling confirmation webpage.

Click on Cancel the subscription.

Step 5 :

It will ask to confirm.

WARNING : When you will click on Cancel the subscription, it will be definitely cancelled. Your server will not be automatically renewed.

If you are sure, click onCancel the subscription.

Step 6 :

Now, you subscription is cancelled.

You have the confirmation.

Step 7 :

You are now able to make the offer change.
close the popup window and click on "Change offer".
